This policy explains what information Goggles by Swell and Good ("Goggles", "we") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account information. When you sign in, we keep your email address and the sign-in method you used (email link, Google or Microsoft). We don't use passwords.
Organization data. Your organization uploads transaction files, such as gift dates, amounts, funds, campaigns, appeals and account numbers. Donors are identified only by account number. Goggles is not designed to collect donor names or email addresses. Please remove them before you upload.
Usage information. We may record basic technical information, such as browser type and error reports, to keep the service running.
We use your information to provide the service: to sign you in, to show reports to the members of your organization, and to support and improve Goggles. We do not sell your information or your organization's data.
Only people your organization invites can see its data, and their role controls what they can do. Swell and Good staff may access data when needed to support your organization or operate the service.
We use service providers to host the app and store data. They process data only on our behalf.
We keep organization data while your organization uses Goggles. An organization owner can ask us to delete the organization and its data at any time.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your account information by contacting us. Your browser may store a copy of report data so pages load faster. Signing out clears that copy.
